A lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, BRETT BAJON, attended Catholic High, then went on to Louisiana State University where he graduated with a double major in international studies and French. After graduating from LSU he went on to work as an independent Professional Landman. He has worked on various different types of projects including doing oil & gas title, mineral research and abstracts, lease negotiations and acquisitions, pipeline right-of-way projects. After working in the oil & gas industry for several years he decided to go back to school. He attended law school at Southern University Law Center and was admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana in 2016.
After being admitted to the bar, he set out to gain experience in several different areas of law including holding the position of General Counsel & Director of Human Resources for a large company. For the last three (3) years he has been litigating cases in the fields of criminal law, personal injury, family law, breach of contract, etc. He started with Fondren Blaize in March of 2021.
Outside of work, he enjoy spending time with his wife, Michelle, and two boys, Lincoln and Lawson. Brett bleeds purple and gold, he loves attending LSU football and baseball games, playing golf, playing guitar/piano, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. He is fluent in French and have even used this in his professional life translating old French documents. He is a member of Baton Rouge Bar Association and was Chairman of the Belly Up with the Bar event in 2019.
