Darby Baronet Mann is the Marketing Director and Business Development Coordinator for Fondren Blaize and FB Title Solutions. She has been with the firm since March 2020. A Baton Rouge native, Darby attended St. Aloysius Catholic School and St. Joseph’s Academy. Darby studied Marketing and Professional Sales at Louisiana State University and graduated from LSU E. J Ourso College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Professional Sales.
Darby manages the companies’ online communications, social media accounts, and coordinates business development opportunities as well as negotiating advertising contracts and overseeing advertisement designs. She curates marketing opportunities and coordinates events with local businesses to craft brand awareness through various media outlets, events, and community engagement.
Darby has cultivated a value-driven mentality and a focus on building relationships. She hopes to create a positive, lasting experience for clients from all sectors of Fondren Blaize. Along with enthusiasm and understanding, Darby brings her native intelligence and clear communication to each closing. She is passionate about encouraging and supporting the people around her; success to her is building and nourishing relationships.
During her time at Fondren Blaize we became a preferred partner of the Baton Rouge Real Producers, and have cultivated relationships with commercial and residential realtors, lenders, and contractors. MFB Title Solutions has been a preferred partner with Baton Rouge Real Producers for over 4 years. Darby is an affiliate member of the Greater Baton Rouge Realtors Association and a member of the City Club of Baton Rouge and serves on the junior membership committee. She was appointed to the Sales and Marketing Executives of Greater Baton Rouge board of directors in June 2022 and has continued to serve on the board for the past 2 years. Darby is heavily involved in the local chapter of the Home Builders Association of Greater Baton Rouge and serves on various committees within the organization. She has most recently joined the Junior League of Baton Rouge and hopes to continue to give back to her community while growing her network of women within the community.
Outside the office, Darby spends time with her husband, Dr. Blake Mann, and their Labrador retriever, Retta. In May, they welcomed their first baby girl Charlotte into the family and have enjoyed every minute of becoming new parents. They love hunting, all things LSU football, and traveling.
